39th Annual Colonel "Rich" Higgins Memorial Mess Night

Photographs of active duty, reserve, retired and former Marines, as well as officer candidates, enjoying the traditions, award presentations, and camaraderie at the Officer Selection Team (Lexington), Marine Corps Recruiting Station Louisville (MCRSL) sponsored and hosted 39th Annual Colonel “Rich” Higgins Memorial Mess Night, held in Lexington, Kentucky for the first time in its 39 year history on April 3, 2009 at the Crowne Plaza Lexington, The Campbell House. Guest of Honor was MajGen James L. Williams, USMC, Commanding General, 4th Marine Division. Event is logistically and financially supported annually by the Marine Corps Coordinating Council of Kentucky (MCCCK) in furtherance of its educational mission and active partnership in Marine Corps officer recruitment efforts throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
